At Hunare, we are committed to delivering quality, comfort, and style. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we're here to assist—while keeping things simple and fair for everyone.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges only on eligible products. Refunds are not provided unless the item is defective or unavailable.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Product must be in resalable condition (no stains, scents, or damage).
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • We do not provide return labels; please use a trackable shipping service for your safety.

Important Note on Sale Items:

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items are FINAL SALE.
    They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

💸 Refunds

We only offer refunds in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The item ordered is out of stock and cannot be shipped.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.


📦 How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at hunare.ca@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, item details, and reason for the exchange.
  3. Once approved, we will share the return shipping address.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch your replacement or issue store credit.
